At Innovative Directions in Health, our Internal Anti-Aging Programs are designed to:

Our Internal Anti-Aging Programs were created to provide flexibility to different patients according to need and affordability. All programs include the initial 3 office visits and the necessary tests.
The Mini-H Program
The Mini-H Program is designed for generally healthy women who are experiencing menpausal symptoms or PMS. It is a good baseline package for sex hormone testing.
The Gold Program
The Gold Program is our intermediate program for men and women that evaulates sex hormones, additional hormones, and other risk factors that lead to increases in various chronic diseases and decreased vigor and vitality.
The Platinum Program
Our most comprehensive program, The Platinum Program is designed for men and women seeking the most extensive testing and program implementation. It covers a wide range of Anti-aging.
