Innovative Directions in Health is the leading Anti-Aging & Preventive Medicine Clinin in Minnesota. The clinic is led by its founder, Khalid Mahmud, M.D., F.A.C.P, former Chief of Medicine at North Memorial Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. The clinic specializes in Internal Anti-Aging, Facial Anti-Aging, and Body Sculpting Services.

Dr. Mahmud is fully certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine and has been a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine since 1996. During this time, he has received extensive and ongoing training by way of:

Geri Jones, R.N., M.S.N., N.P. has her Advanced Practice degree in Women’s Health and specializes in bio-identical hormone replacement. She has a special interest and passion for working with patients in a caring, compassionate, non-judgmental way - working towards a common goal of optimal health, symptom relief and disease prevention. As a Nurse Practitioner, Geri is involved in all aspects of treatment of our clients – consultation, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

Geri is also an experienced Nurse Injector and truly enjoys working with people aesthetically to help them feel as good on the outside as they do on the inside. She works with Botox, Dysport and various fillers to help reduce lines & wrinkles and achieve an overall younger appearance non-surgically.
