About Innovative Directions in Health

Innovative Directions in Health is led by its founder, Khalid Mahmud, M.D., F.A.C.P, former Chief of Medicine at North Memorial Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Mahmud is fully certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine and has been a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine since 1996. During this time, he has received extensive and ongoing training by way of:

Attending the Academy's educational and scientific meetings
Participating in numerous educational courses and seminars in the fields of nutrition, exercise, hormonal therapies, supplementation, prevention of disease, and skin anti-aging

Appointments & Cancellation Policy

In today's hectic world unplanned issues come up for all of us. We recognize this fact, but we respectfully request that you cancel or reschedule your medical and cosmetic appointments a minimum of 48 hours in advance. This will allow for the open time slot to be filled with someone needing an appointment.

We require a $50 dollar deposit on your credit card up front, which will be applied towards any service offered at our clinic. If your appointment is not cancelled within the allotted time period, you will forfeit your deposit. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
